Working Student in Account Management (m/f/d) – 20 hours per week
Your Responsibilities:
- By collaborating with our team, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and expanding our freelance.co.uk platform.
- You’ll engage closely with our users, offering support in navigating our platform’s services, including virtual onboarding sessions.
- Conducting market research, you’ll aid our account management and marketing teams in reaching out to new users.
- Contributing your insights and customer feedback, you’ll improve our services in coordination with our product team.
Your Profile:
- You’re inherently self-driven and thrive on interpersonal interactions.
- You’re a native-level English communicator (German proficiency is advantageous).
- You’re proficient in the MS Office suite, you’re adept at quickly mastering new programs and tools (e.g., Hubspot).
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You possess a strong service-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
- You relish working collaboratively in a team and have a passion for developing digital platforms.
