Task description and requirements

For our client we are looking for a SharePoint Consultant with Salesforce understanding.

Duration: 2-3 months
100% remote
8h/day

Responsibilities:
Analyzing business requirements for the integration of SharePoint and Salesforce.
Designing and implementing the technical solution for linking Salesforce customer records to specific SharePoint subfolders.
Configuring necessary permissions within SharePoint and potentially Salesforce to ensure secure and appropriate access to documents.
Evaluating and recommending the most suitable integration approach (e.g., considering different permission models like Sites.ReadWrite.All with delegated or application permissions, or Sites.Selected).
Collaborating with stakeholders from different business areas (Industry, Retail, etc.) to understand their specific needs for document access.
Performing testing and quality assurance of the integration.
Providing technical documentation and user guidance.


Professional background

Skills and Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and its integration capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online, including site structure, permissions, and API capabilities (e.g., Microsoft Graph API).
Experience with system integration projects.
Understanding of different authentication and authorization methods (e.g., OAuth, delegated vs. application permissions).
Good communication skills in English and German will be a plus.
