Task description and requirements

All legal entities of Bosch will be migrated from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4. These projects will be rolled out per legal entity. In the project, gaps between the SAP S/4 template and the requirements of the legal entity are identified (these gaps have to be closed by the project SAP S/4 design and build).
Part of the project is the migration of the tax processes (book to report, invoice to pay and book to cash) regarding new and existing processes.

Most important skills:

Proven experience in SAP systems, implementation and customization within SAP, ability to design, configure, and implement solutions within SAP with focus in tax management.
several years of professional experience in accounting with focus on the process areas “invoice to pay”, “book to report” and “bill to cash”
English (very good written and spoken English skills)
Relevant certifications in SAP S/4HANA and taxation preferred.

Main task/activity
Roll-out of solutions in SAP S/4 processes related to indirect taxes (mainly B2R (book to report) and B2C (book to cash))

Other tasks and activities
• Tax code analysis and mapping
• Development sessions (Azzure Board – F2S sessions)
• Responsible for general tax customizing requirements
• Responsible for the migration preparation (initial load and go live)
• Initiation of tax code creation and mapping loads on PHL (central system SAP S/4 at Bosch). For this, standardized tax code file have to be completed.
• Execution of check report account for attribute “Tax Category” and cleansing of data in SAP R3 where applicable
• Within the development phase: basic enabling as well as deep dive for standard processes/tools (e.g., ACR, Vertex, Tax Ledger)
• Implementation of the tax tool Vertex
• Adjustment of tool “tax compliance enabling” (TCE) to SAP S/4
