Task description and requirements

Dear Network,

I am currently looking for a freelance SAP FI/CO Consultant (m/f/d) to support an exciting long-term project in the media & entertainment sector. The focus will be on implementing a new posting logic for royalty processes within the SAP landscape.

A few details about the project:
Position: SAP FI/CO Consultant
Start: June 2025 (or earlier)
Duration: 18 months with extension option
Location: Remote
Workload: Full-time (part-time possible)
Project language: English (German knowledge is a plus)

The tasks:
- Design and implementation of a new royalty posting logic in SAP FI/CO based on client-specific requirements
- Customisation of account structures and development of a data migration concept
- Collaboration on interface integration between SAP and external systems
- Participation in SAP-related digitisation projects: as-is analysis, process design, prioritisation, stakeholder management and communication
- Ad hoc support on various project-related topics

The requirements:
- Deep knowledge of SAP FI/CO (application and customising)
- Strong understanding of standard finance and accounting processes
- Experience in process optimisation in finance environments
- Familiarity with system interfaces and RPA concepts
- Senior-level experience in project management and change communication
- Fluent in English (German is welcome but not required)
- Proactive, communicative personality with a hands-on mentality
