Task description and requirements

Requirements
1.
Good experience in OEMs standards of Equipment’s and regularly inspecting telecommunications towers, cable lines, fiber optic connections, and other physical components to detect potential damage, degradation, or non-compliance with standards.
2.
Strong knowledge of Equipment Physical standards, conducting meeting with Installation vendor for Quality Improvements.
3.
Strong and clear understanding on Acceptance reports like Checks for Active installation after Site Civil Works & Construction, Checks for parameters such as such as node visibility, golden parameters, alarm check, UL/DL RSSI levels, etc, Checks for call functionality parameters (throughput, latency, etc.), Checks related to external alarms such as battery, rectifier, AC Input, etc.
4.
Train field vendor for New quality standards for Equipment's.
5.
Prepare Mitigation plan and Train the vendor for reoccurring Quality Issue if any.
6.
Expertise in Utilizing network monitoring tools to track signal strength, latency, and other key performance indicators related to physical infrastructure, identifying areas needing attention.
7.
Establishing and enforcing quality control procedures for installation, maintenance, and repair activities related to physical network components.
8.
Investigating issues identified during inspections or performance monitoring to pinpoint the root cause of problems and implement corrective actions.
9.
Overseeing and managing the quality of work performed by external vendors responsible for physical network installations and maintenance.
10. Ensuring adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and relevant permits regarding physical infrastructure deployment and maintenance.
11. Maintaining detailed records of inspection findings, corrective actions taken, and performance metrics to provide insights and support decision-making.
Skills
Experience of physical quality of telecommunications infrastructure, ensuring that network components like towers, cables, and equipment meet established standards by conducting inspections, monitoring performance, identifying issues, Alarms and implementing corrective actions to maintain optimal network functionality and service quality across the network infrastructure.
ATP reports, Review, HOTO of ,4G, 5G NSA/SA, ORAN,CU ,DU w.r.t operational Acceptance.
