Task description and requirements

For our client, we are looking for an experienced Business Central Consultant to provide post-Go-Live support and Key User assistance.
Your main responsibility will be to support the client after the Go-Live of their migration from Navision to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Tasks:
• Requirements analysis, tracking, documentation, and development
• Handover of developments for ongoing support
• Regular coordination with and consultation for the specialist departments

Requirements:
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ideally also with Navision)
• Proven experience in support and Key User training
• Excellent communication and soft skills, as well as a self-driven and solution-oriented approach

Project details:
• Start: April 2025
• Workload: 50% during the Hypercare phase, 25% afterward
• Duration: 3+ months (extension option available)
• Location: 100% remote
• Languages: English (required), French (desirable)
