Task description and requirements
The “X-Category Software” Architecture Project aims to create a unified and scalable framework by identifying synergies and documenting key differences. It ensures compliance with standards, mitigates risks, and defines architectural KPIs. Through collaboration and continuous evaluation, the project supports a high-performance and future-proof architecture.
We are seeking an experienced X-Category Software Architect with a strong background in embedded systems, solid understanding of software engineering processes, and deep expertise in embedded development and programming.
Other valuable skills include strong communication and decision-making abilities, as well as experience in leading project teams.
The main task of the project is to design and maintain a unified, scalable software architecture that aligns different categories while ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance.
Other responsibilities in the project include:
• Identify synergies between different categories
• Ensure concise evaluation and documentation of commonalities and differences
• Do architectural design for features in domains
• Coordinate SW architects to create and maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams, models, and specifications
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as software product owners, MPMs, system architects and other technical teams, to gather requirements and understand business needs
• Conduct architectural reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with established standards
• Identify potential risks related to the architecture and propose mitigation strategies
• Define architectural drivers and KPIs to ensure the architecture is following them over the time
• Design the architecture to meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements
