Job Description:
 We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager – Consultant to identify and capture upcoming business opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential customers, negotiating contracts, and driving business growth. Understanding market trends, identifying customer needs, and building effective partnerships is essential to your success.

  • A thorough understanding of business dynamics and business development.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Results-oriented, leading in achieving goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales or other business preferred.
  • Experience in the logistics industry is preferred.

  • Foster trust and loyalty with existing clients while seeking opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, pitches, and deliver them effectively.
  • Communicate Delivercare's value propositions clearly to potential clients.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable and mutually beneficial contracts.
  • Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Coordinate efforts to meet client needs and deliver exceptional service.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare regular reports on business progress and results.
  • Formulate and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
  • Develop and manage the business development budget to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and performance goals.
  • Drive revenue growth and contribute to the company's overall success.
