I am a UK-educated professional with a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Architectural Engineering, graduating in 2018. My background combines strong technical, analytical, and organisational skills, which I now apply to supporting businesses with efficient and high-quality work. After graduating, I worked as a Highway Engineer, where I contributed to large infrastructure projects such as the A30, Lower Thames Crossing, and Harlow Sustainability Corridor. My role involved tasks such as drainage design, 2D and 3D modelling using Civil 3D and Navisworks, junction design using vehicle tracking software, and assisting with project management documentation including Project Execution Plans and financial planning. This experience helped me develop excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage complex tasks. I later transitioned into the e-commerce sector, working as an E-commerce Operations Assistant for Evito. In this role, I supported the day-to-day operations of online stores by managing inventory analysis, data entry, product image editing, and preparing product photos for platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and Pinterest. I also handled customer service through email and online chat, ensuring a professional and efficient experience for customers. In addition, I hold a Diploma in Sleep Education and have experience supporting parents through sleep education content and guidance.
