I’m a senior Partnerships & Alliances leader with 15+ years’ experience building and scaling ISV and SI ecosystems across cloud and enterprise software. Most recently, I’ve led strategic alliances at AWS across global partners including Accenture, Workday, and ServiceNow, driving partner-contributed revenue growth, pipeline creation, and scalable co-sell and marketplace motions. Previously, I built and ran Partner Success and Partner Solution Consulting functions at ServiceNow, establishing operating models and programmes that were later adopted globally. I help companies: • Design and launch partnership and alliance strategies • Build partner operating models, processes, and success frameworks • Create joint GTM plans that turn into real pipeline • Improve co-sell execution and partner-sourced revenue • Stand up Partner Success or Partner Operations functions I’m practical, outcome-driven, and comfortable operating in ambiguous environments where something needs to be built from scratch. I’m now offering freelance and fractional support to SaaS and technology companies that need senior partnership leadership without the overhead of a full-time hire.
