I am an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer with over 5 years of hands-on expertise in datacenter operations, networking, and virtualization. My background includes designing and deploying resilient environments with VMware, Hyper-V, and Proxmox, as well as configuring enterprise-grade network devices and firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto) and implementing robust backup and disaster recovery solutions using Veeam. I am CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, Veeam VMCE/VMCA certified, with ITILv4 and Fortinet Level 3 in progress, and currently working toward CCNP. Based in Cheltenham, I am available evenings and weekends and can travel to Bristol, Birmingham, Swindon and Cardiff for onsite support.
