With 23 years of experience, I am a highly seasoned IT professional with a diverse background in various sectors including aerospace, energy, and retail. I have held a variety of roles throughout my career, including Senior Engineer, Operations Manager, and Industrial Solutions Architect. My expertise includes managing large-scale projects, technical implementation, and leading teams. I have specific experience working with large-scale private sector companies, as well as with local government leadership and senior officials. I possess a strong skill set in management and technical solutions. I am adept at project management, change management, and major incident management. My technical skills include network and infrastructure design, platform design, and technical integration. I have extensive experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Cisco Systems, and SAP. I have a proven track record of successfully leading teams and implementing new procedures. For example, I managed a team of 33 engineers at City of Sunderland Council and later created and managed the first dedicated IT support team for Greggs PLC, which consisted of 25 members. I am a creative and intelligent professional who can effectively motivate others, improve business processes, and solve problems.
