Personal summary

Throughout my career, I’ve worn many hats, each role building on the last and helping me become the multi skilled professional I am today. I started out as a Secretary and Front Desk Officer, where I learned how to manage everything from sales to client relations with precision. Balancing schedules, handling emails, and maintaining smooth operations taught me how important communication and organization are. Then, in my role as a Virtual Customer Service Rep, I continued to develop these skills, but with a focus on direct customer interactions, resolving issues, and managing queries in real-time. It was all about understanding people’s needs, making them feel heard, and delivering solutions efficiently, which really sharpened my ability to think on my feet. As I moved into team management and recruitment, such as my role as Dispatch & Team Operations Manager and now as a recruiter, I took my organizational skills to the next level. Leading teams and coordinating logistics became second nature to me, and I realized how much I enjoy working with people. Being able to assess talent, figure out what drives someone, and match them with the right opportunity is something I truly value in my recruitment role. Whether managing teams to hit deadlines or recruiting the right candidates, it’s about ensuring the right fit and creating a positive, productive environment. On top of this, I have a passion for language that led me to tutoring French. I’ve always loved how language connects people, and teaching it allows me to help others grow in their skills while continuing to refine my own. It’s given me a unique perspective on patience and adaptability, as every student learns differently. My teaching experience has only strengthened my ability to communicate and understand others, which has been incredibly useful in every role I’ve held. In every role I’ve taken on, I’ve learned to be adaptable, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and most importantly, connect with people.
