Personal summary
I write blogs/articles specifically on the challenges of Bigorexia (body dysmorphia), anabolic steroid use, depression, anxiety and what it is like being sectioned in a mental health unit. I have been in bodybuilding for 19 years and have suffered with my own mental health from a very young age, along with gathering testimonies from other mental health sufferers. Namely victims of eating disorders, body dysmorphia etc.
