Experienced Executive Assistant with positive communication skills and expertise in customer service and office management. Capabilities include: Microsoft package administration skills Office Management and staff support Meeting deadlines and budgets Calendar management & travel arrangements Attention to detail Event organisation and execution Smiley, fun person that likes to laugh, alongside hard work Calendar management and meeting coordination (booking rooms, teleconference facilities, catering). Managing travel and expense processing. Managing purchase orders and invoicing. Providing administrative assistance on ad-hoc requests, and be a point of contact for functional site based administrative queries. Supporting customer, employee and supplier engagement events. Providing office management support for the team. I'm also a voracious writer. I really love to write blog posts and articles, but I get the most enjoyment from creative writing. My strong point and experience lies within YA Novellas and Romance stories. I would ideally like ongoing work, but am happy to complete one-off contracts. I am a full-time writer. I am able to research any subject given to me, I particularly enjoy travel writing also. In my spare time, I am working on my own novels. I am currently editing my first novel and simultaneously working on a new one. I have recently relocated back to Europe and I am available to begin work immediately and fully able to meet deadlines.
