Personal summary

As a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, with over 20 years’ experience, I design and deliver customer focussed solutions that optimise the human elements of complex environments, enabling people, teams, and businesses to operate efficiently, efficiently and economically. I have worked with public and private sector organisations, around the world, and at all levels (i.e. strategic, organisational, and tactical, and from executive directors to trainees). As a result, I have a keen appreciation of the unique cultures, values, capabilities, behaviours, and needs that drive people and I have a proven track record of providing products and services that give people what they need quickly, effectively and for an affordable price. My approach is to create an environment of inclusivity where collaboration, cooperation and learning from all sorts of resources is the norm. This includes ensuring that my work aligns with others in the project, organisation and with all relevant regulations and legislation by communicating effectively and negotiating mutually beneficial plans and outcomes.
