Technical Skills include Plant Equipment Inspection including but not limited to Static Equipment (Pressure vessels, Heat exchangers, Columns, above ground storage tanks and boilers), piping, normal valves, PSVs, Non-destructive testing (NDT), material inspection, welding inspection, WPS/PQR. Responsible for the roles of Managing inspection team, representing Asset Integrity department in meetings and attending safety inspections and supporting in Risk based Inspection (Quantitative RBI) as per standards of API-571(Damage mechanisms affecting fixed equipment in the refining industry), API- 580(Risk based inspection), Asset Integrity Management Services (AIMS), Quality Control and Assurance and Report Writing. Responsibilities also include vendor inspections for new fabrications and major repairs for mechanical commodities like skids, tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchangers etc. for SAUDI ARAMCO and Non-SA clients as AID, TPI and VID.
