I have knowledge of design and development continuing my personal and professional growth where my positive attitude, integrity and strong desire to succeed will contribute to company’s success. My professional knowledge designing of Plastic, Foam, Sheet metal and EPP, as per the guidelines will help for better manufacturing of the part. Experience in Regulatory study, Complete Seat study, Layout drawings, Kinematic Study will help to minimize the errors created while designing the product. Drawing creation with basic GD&T implementation will be useful to ease the process of manufacturing and understanding the process to follow. Having professional knowledge of plastic, foam and EPP manufacturing process how core cavity/lead bowl works, lifter and slider applications help to design efficiently. Study of tooling feasibility of Plastic, Foam and EPP helps the customer to understand the tooling of part.
