Personal summary

I'm Kismat Rijal, a Nepalese national with a passion for technology and a strong software engineering background. Currently residing in the United Kingdom at Commonhall St, Chronicle House 34, CH1 2AB, Chester, I bring to the table an understanding of various programming languages and a professional track record. With experience as a Data QA Engineer at Cedar Gate Services Pvt Ltd in Nepal (from March 2021 to September 2023), I mentored junior team members, developed stored procedures, conducted penetration testing, and managed test cases for US Healthcare reports. During my time as a Software Engineer at Tricode Technology Pvt Ltd in Nepal (from July 2020 to February 2021), I excelled in developing and maintaining scalable software solutions using ReactJs and Python. I worked collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products, implemented efficient algorithms to optimize system performance, and resolved critical bugs. As a Data Specialist at CloudFactory Nepal (from July 2018 to October 2019), I coordinated statistical data analysis, transformed project data requirements into project data models, and created various Excel documents for presenting metrics data. I'm currently pursuing a Master's in Cyber Security at the University of Chester, UK, building on my educational foundation in Computer Science & Technology from Sagarmatha College in Nepal. During my academic journey, I demonstrated my commitment to collaboration by co-founding the Sagarmatha Mozilla Club, actively participating in various open-source programs. In addition to my professional endeavors, I'm proficient in English, have a knack for web/app development, and hold an interest in penetration testing and ethical hacking. I enjoy playing football, exploring the beauty of nature through travel, and sharing my motorcycle adventures through video vlogging.
