Personal summary

I am an experienced improvement and change management professional and have been successful in leading a variety of improvement initiatives, from discreet projects solving a localised process issue to working on one of the largest public sector Lean Transformation projects at the time. My honest, calm and collaborative approach helps deliver results. Plus, my change management experience combined with my strong coaching ability helps develop sustainable improvements. I don't believe in overcomplicating and take a realistic and pragmatic approach to problem-solving whilst still being able to call on my mathematical background to analyse and interpret data within Six Sigma methodology (Black Belt certified) if required. I have line management experience in sales, marketing and operations as well as improvement experience in consultancy and client-side environments making me a rounded individual who can immediately add value.
