Personal summary

I have designed and implemented consumer behavoural studies for over 20 years in diverse markets around the world. In-house and in-field data collection in a range of contexts informed design and innovation of consumer goods that enhance quality of life and increase shelf impact. This involved using a mixture of experimental psychology techniques and applied consumer methods to derive novel and applicable insights. This had real impact in the marketplace including patented output (world-leading branded products winning on shelf globally). My strength lies in developing methods that tap into what consumers can't usually tell us (such as neuroscience based approaches), and coordinating partnerships that span industrial design, market research agencies and leading academic research institutions to have impact in the marketplace.
