Personal summary

I have been with the BPO industry since 2003 & have worked for customer service and financial campaigns not limited to mortgage & real estate, stocks & bonds, debt negotiation, and credit repair. I left my office-based job in 2012 to give way to a possible VA job. I've been freelancing for 11 years now, and the most recent was with a Director of a Real Estate Brokerage firm based in Australia.
