I have 20 years experience teaching foreign languages in academic and corporate environments, as well as 8 years translation experience for a wide range of industries. I have more than 20 years experience of the full learning cycle, detecting training needs, designing and delivering training for companies and educational institutions, as well as creating and revising training materials, planning my own interventions, planning the interventions of a team around a training calendar. I have lead training teams for 10 years, achieving high performance. I am a hard-working, committed, proactive, empathic, decisive and extremely efficient person. I am a fast learner with very good problem-solving and people’s skills and I never join a project unless I am a hundred percent sure I will be able to carry out my tasks setting high standards of performance, putting my heart and soul in every project I undertake.
