I am an Experienced Banker having over 22 years of international corporate Lending expertise and am currently heading the Real estate lending function at my current employer. I am seeking an additional source of income to achieve some personal milestones that I have in mind for myself and my family. I have worked in 3 International locations and am very well experienced in cross cultural and diverse environments. I have proven Credit, Financial Risk, Real estate and development finance expertise and have been engaged in all sorts of activities that are required when lending against real estate. I have proven credit, presentation and speaking skills and am an excellent negotiator. I also am a peoples person, willing to groom and mentor junior colleagues to upscale their skillset.
