Personal summary

I have more than 7 years of experience working in Analytics and Program management. I am currently working with National Grid as a Service Transition and Release Manager in the Digital Operations space for last 1 year. Previously, I was working with an AgriTech startup, as a Program manager in Business Excellence unit. My major projects include Product management and process improvements for efficiency building. I have successfully worked on 3 technology transformation projects at AgroStar. I have also worked on Data driven product management of CRM features like recommendation module, auto call distribution, WhatsApp sales bot for efficiency improvement in the sales channel. Prior to this I was working at RedSeer Management Consulting as an Associate Consultant in the E-commerce domain. I completed my Post Graduate Programme in Management from IIM Kozhikode in General Management. I had 26 months work experience at OYO and was involved in Business Analytics and Customer experience. Possess an enthusiasm for learning new skills and technologies.
