Personal summary

I have a solid customer servi ce experience for over 10 year s in which I have been supporting customers through phone. I was able to handle different account s such as billing, sales , technical , prepaid card and retail catalogue accounts. I was also able to work as email and social media associate for an ecommerce online store for a short period as a substitute associate. I also worked as an Administrative Assistant in a secondary school doing clerical works but only in a contractual basis.
