My academic background is a bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and a Masters degree in Chemical Pathology. I have spent the first few years in the pharmaceutical industry where I was promoting products such as Fosamax from Merck. For the last 20 years I have been involved in education as a teacher in a private English school. I have experience working with students aged 11-19. I have been involved in organizing all sorts of events about the environment and science.
