Personal summary

I am an experienced manager and academic mentor with five years of global experience, including in the UK. In my previous role, I trained over 400 tutors to support students online, developed training curricula, and created online training material. Additionally, I established and maintained the qualitative standards in the company. I also implemented recruitment strategies that increased the number of employed tutors from 40 to over 300 within two years, demonstrating my success in managing and growing teams. I progressed from an online math tutor position to an assistant manager role in five years through my passion for learning, self-direction, and adaptability. Further to the above I have previous experience in both roles in managing teams and their performance.
