My name is Edarjola Hoda. I hold a Second Level University Diploma for Business Administration, specialized in management from University of Tirana, Albania. In my early years of my career, I have worked for an international US Christian NGO in Albania with main charity activity in South East Europe and Middle East. Later on, I moved to the construction industry working as a Accountant / human resources manager. Dealing with people and numbers has sharpened my ability to be a great emphatic listener and pay a high attention to detail and accuracy.
