I have been Professionally Selling now for 12 Years. In this time I have invested a lot of time and money into learning to understand the human mind and why do we buy into anything, whether that be an idea or a product. I have been applying what i have learnt in my customer interactions and have developed into a selling style which is calming, emotional and free of any 'sales'. I ask emotional questions to uncover whether or not i can help the person with the solution i am representing, effectively building a 'gap' between where they are now, and where they now realise they want to be, now the gap has been verbalised by the client themselves. This builds internal pressure, which leads to the client wanting to change their situation. This is far more effective and enjoyable than the 99.9% of sales people out there who externally pressurise and ask logical questions which provoke us all to want to defend ourselves and get that sales person away from us!! This means that your expensive, leads, are converted at a much higher rate. Upselling and Cross Selling, Additional Services, happens Naturally! Every customer is a happy one, as you only sell to people who you can actually help. There are too many benefits to this style of selling than to mention.
