Personal summary

Negotiated sale of company to the venture capital Kaber Solutions, who took ownership of the travel DMC database, office and operational functions for Colombia Direct CA SAS. Following launch contract consultancy role; with responsibilities including the recruiting, training and oversight of all day-to-day operational functions, focused on the travel and near shore divisions. Am now actively looking for remote consultancy work so that I can leave this role and build toward other remote work, opportunities.
