Personal summary

I have been creating training and documentation to support the implementation of business systems for 10 years. I have worked mostly with D365 and Unit4 ERP, but have also worked with other ERP and bespoke systems. I am skilled in gathering information about the system, designing training programmes and reference guides, and writing and editing materials. I am very flexible about when and how I work, and able to fit in with the standard and style of documentation required by the client.
