• Key lead for Migrating 45,000+ Users from Lync 2010 to Skype for Business 2015 + Teams environment for a Global Customer. • Handled multiple projects Engineering and hands-on Migration of MS Teams, Exchange On-Prem to Online including migration of 8000+ Users for a large County in UK. • Developed many complex PowerShell scripts for standardizing, error handling, sanity check, dry runs and simplifying the migration process from Legacy systems to Microsoft Teams. Approx. 100k+ users across multiple clients & customers using the automation scripts were migrated successfully. • Setting up of AudioCodes SBCs to work with Microsoft Direct Routing and 3rd party SIP Providers. Managing the interop with legacy PBX during migration / transition phase. • Conducting workshops, documenting HLD, LLD, As-Is & To-be architecture, models and migration planning.
