Personal summary

My very first word was “read”. My poor mother was tormented by the miniature me shadowing her around the house and jabbing her in the knees with books. Read! Read! Read! Ever since I discovered the magical power of the written word as a small child, I wanted to be a writer, to grasp that power for myself and use it to shape the world. As a writer I can offer a flexible approach to projects based on a wide range of experience across different industries and a variety of writing experience in medical research, academia, and heritage fields. My largest project to date has been pitching, writing and creating Pembroke Castle’s Magna Carta exhibition. With a talent for research, I can turn my hand to any project, no matter the subject. My favourite writing companions are my dog Charlie and endless cups of tea. I am based in Cambridgeshire, England.
