Having to work as a Loan Processor for the past 3years, I am working on checking the documents from the initial opening, sending the Loan Estimate to the borrower, requesting the tax returns to credit plus, ordering appraisal, title documents, insurance documents, checking the income documents of the borrower, ordering verification of employment, rent verification, IRS 1040, W2, checking the repairs of the appraisal reports, addendums and many more. I am a skilled Loan Processor with a strong attention to detail and good customer service communication skills. Furthermore, I have my degree on Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Finance Management. I am also a scholar and working student thru my college years.
