Personal summary

I have been a senior manager at high ticket retail businesses for nearly 10 years. In every position have grown sales significantly by focusing on two main things - Customer Service and the enabler of the later - people working in the business. From developing staff to further their career in short time to improving turnover and profitability through customer satisfaction, loyalty, aftersales and the whole customer journey excellence. I also hold an Masters degree in Executive Business Administration. I am interested in small/medium business analyses on Customer Satisfaction, strategy building, implementation, measuring & reinforcement.
