Personal summary

I am fit and energetic person with weekly activities including Badminton - mixed singles League. Body Balance (Pilates, yoga and Tai Chi with fabulous mediation at the end), lane swimming and fair weather cycling (novice - improving). I deliver two volunteer roles for a partnership charity. I research and write content for their Facebook page and I am a breastfeeding buddy presenting at antenatal sessions to inform and educate to enable the families to make an informed decision and postnatal sessions to support and guide mothers who have decided to breastfeed. I am a mother of four children, now adults.
