Personal summary

I am a qualified teacher, with 8 years of experience in schools and education, looking for a new challenge after taking a career break. Resourceful and passionate, with an adaptable and approachable style, I am an energetic, results-orientated team- player. As an open and clear communicator I often liaised with parents, colleagues, external agencies regarding pupil support, progress, and wellbeing. I attended Annual Review Meetings as a parent and pupil supporter for Education, Health and Care Plans. I used my strong administrative skills to complete day-to-day admin tasks, such as updating pupil records, compiling evidence of Special Educational Needs, using the Capita SIMS system, and data tracking on Microsoft Excel. My attention to detail, coupled with my organisational skills, means that I am able to plan and prioritise my own workload, as well as that of others.
