Personal summary

I worked as a policy and governance researcher and analyst at AFIDEP (African Initiative for Development Policy) to produce research and policy recommendations on aspects of good governance, including gender, leadership, human rights, health, law and order, the press, political participation, inclusion, diversity, and democracy. Formerly, as an intern, I worked at AFREXIMBANK (African Export Import Bank) as the first Eritrean MA student intern. In addition, I gave got 4 years office administration, governance experience in education and public sectors. I received a master's degree in Governance and Regional Integration, with a specialty in Governance, as a Pan African Scholarship awardee at the Pan African University in Yaoundé, Cameroon. Currently, I am doing another MA in Social and Public Policy as a CSLA (Civil Society Scholarship Awards) awardee at the University of Leeds. In addition, I hold bachelor's degree in Sociology and Social Work from Adi-Keih College of Arts and Social Sciences in Adi-Keih, Eritrea.
