Experienced in all the NPD stages of a product from start to finish, including initial brain storming, hand drafting, hand calculations, modelling, simulation, prototype, testing, development and manufacture right through to assembly and production within the Standards. I have gained great experience of motivating others to give their best. I have great tasks and risk management skills, focusing on building and maintaining a strong communication and relationship with Stakeholders, high experience to adapt to new systems & software and quick to learn new skills.
