Personal summary

I am a certified project manager with 15 years experience in driving people, process and tech change to help organisations of all sizes to operate efficiently and grow. I thrive in collaborative work environments within companies with great ambition, where I can help teams transform ideas into action and where can I enable the right processes and systems to deliver results on target. My approach to project management is flexible; I blend Agile with Waterfall but most importantly I use my common sense to set up the approach that will deliver the most value and the fastest progress in the specific context of a specific organisation. I am skilled in the full project life-cycle; from scoping, goal setting, planning (incl. business case, PIDs, Charter and similar) to the day-to-day co-ordination of people and activities to deliver results (through project plans, resource management, risk management, problem solving...). I have experince of tracking progress and reporting on status, risks and challenges to senior leaders. I am used to working with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation and I have experience of facilitating workshops as well as regular project meetings and other forums that support a team to collectively deliver the end goals of a project.
