Ex-frontline Technical Support Analyst with 2 years of sharpened experience in a premier Managed IT Services provider, supporting customers with Active Directory (creating/removing user accounts) and Intune (provisioning iPhones and iPads). Also supported customers w/ suite of Microsoft Office products for Windows/macOS (such as OneDrive and SharePoint), in addition to having 4-5 years of experience in programming with Lua and HTML. Currently taking a leading role in the development of the ROBLOX game Mount Kenya, which has over 5 million plays and features realistic terrain, wildlife, and weather. A fast and eager learner, I enjoy learning new technologies and skills, and have completed multiple certifications from Microsoft and Cisco to enhance my technical abilities.
