Personal summary

As an Association specialist with almost 20 years’ experience in the sector, I have worked across both agency and in-house teams to provide leadership and strategic direction alongside operational excellence and efficiency for both national and international associations and their conferences and events. I assist associations to develop and evaluate long-term strategic goals which support their vision and mission and to identify and implement creative solutions to help them achieve those goals. I am passionate about building lasting relationships and overcoming challenges to find sustainable methods to drive innovation and growth. I served as Secretary of the Association of Irish Professional Conference Organisers (AIPCO) from 2019 to 2022 and I have also served as a member of the ABPCO Executive Board from 2016-2019 and as ABPCO Joint-Chair from 2017-2018.
