Personal summary

I have over 25 years software development experience developing complex software projects for large clients mostly in the banking and insurance sectors. I now love to teach software development and the fundamentals of agile and Scrum and try to make it fun and collaborative. We code together ... it's not just a procession of dry powerpoint slides for hours on end. I have lots of experience delivering courses remotely and in the classroom. My style is to teach students a little about what is going on "under the hood" because that understanding helps them face new challenges as they arise in the future.
