I am an ex architect, tour operator and flight attendant for a big Irish Airlines. I currently run an Airbnb in Portugal and deal with tourists everyday, I have a huge experience in customer service and I am very careful to my clients' needs and request. I speak at a C2 level Italian English, French, Spanish and Portuguese and since over 10 years I have been translating, tutoring and writing as a freelancer about any topic, mostly on my fields of expertise which are aviation, architecture, construction, languages, childcare, travelling, tourism, pets, geography.
