I have extensive work experience in IT. I have experience for day to day management and maintenance of high-profile infrastructure, including storage, virtualized environments, servers, network devices, and productivity tools. I have excellent analytical, logic , and problem-solving skills. I worked with diverse problems of complex scope where analysis situation requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. I write and maintain best-practice aligned policies and procedures for the secure operation of the IT environment, both virtually and physically. I follow the change management process to ensure no unplanned service disruptions are experienced and planned work is coordinated with business approval. I can understand and speak about technical issues with various levels of management, from engineers & other project members to business executives.
