Over 40 years of vast and varied industry experience, I would describe myself as a genuine all-rounder. I have a particular aptitude for contract law and a thorough understanding of FIDIC, NEC & JCT standard forms of contract, together with Middle East variants and bespoke forms. I think, I encourage others to think, and I question and interrogate information. By provoking lateral thought, I inspire others to consider creative and imaginative solutions to common problems. This approach lends itself to claims preparation and forensic analysis, as the primary cause of delay is not necessarily obvious. I lead from the front and lead by example
