I’m a senior freelance project manager with over 15 years’ experience delivering complex, publicly funded projects across local government, arts, charity and heritage sectors. I specialise in end-to-end project delivery and commissioning, particularly where projects involve multiple stakeholders, public accountability and a strong community focus. My work consistently brings together funders, delivery partners, boards, artists, residents and statutory bodies to move projects from concept through to delivery and evaluation.
