Personal summary

With 15+ years of working in design, specialising in research, innovation and strategy, I am a principal level service and product strategy design professional based in London. My experience in both design and research means I champion a user centred approach with design-led thinking. I have a track record for bringing deep user and market understanding to life as well as taking concepts into rich and effective real-world pilots, underpinned by provable hypotheses. My work has given me skills and experience that cover the end-to-end process in both product and service design: from discovering and scoping out new opportunities, designing and developing ideas and solutions, to testing and learning and taking ideas to market. Key to all of this is my ability to communicate strategies that land at all levels.
