I have been working in the IT industry for over a decade. As a digital project manager with more than 6 years of experience, I have the responsibility to plan, manage and monitor IT projects and lead multiple project teams. Here are some of the responsibilities I have taken on: HR responsibilities. I was responsible for leading and motivating various project teams and would need to ensure that all staff have the necessary resources and support to successfully complete their tasks. I also have to ensure that working hours, work schedules and rules are adhered to.  Budget responsibilities. I was responsible for managing the project's budget and would need to ensure that expenditure remained within budget. I reported regularly on the financial progress of the project and take action to control costs when necessary. Planning and managing projects. I was responsible for preparing project plans and the project budget, as well as monitoring project progress and risk assessment. I had to ensure that all project objectives were met and that the project remained on schedule. Communication with stakeholders. I was the point of contact for the stakeholders of the project and had to ensure that all relevant information and progress was communicated. Technical expertise. I have extensive knowledge of the IT industry and am able to understand and explain complex technical issues. I am also able to make technical decisions and support the project team in implementing technical tasks.
